Reading and navigating
Every page begins with At a Glance. The six topic collections remain available in the header, and each long guide has a linked contents list. A skip link moves keyboard focus past the navigation to the main content. Links use descriptive text. Text can be enlarged using browser controls; layouts wrap for narrow screens.
Search and map alternatives
Search runs locally in your browser without sending your query to a provider. Collection pages include a local filter. If JavaScript is unavailable, the full guide directory and neighbourhood links remain usable. Maps are accompanied by linked neighbourhood lists so you do not need to identify a small shape or interpret colour to reach a guide.
Provider accessibility is individual
An accessible website does not establish that any practitioner’s premises, mobile equipment or appointment format meets your requirements. Ask about the exact entrance, lift, room, washroom, transfer arrangements, communication and scent needs. Describe the task you need accommodated; a vague accessible label may miss the practical obstacle.
Privacy
There are no booking, payment, account or health-intake forms in this reference. Avoid putting private medical details in a search field on a shared device. Contact and booking policies belong to the practitioner you choose. External source websites have their own privacy and accessibility arrangements.
